HD video and audio
See and hear the people in the room. Cameras stay in a gallery so a full group remains visible. The same room keeps the cameras on screen as more people join. The current speaker stays easy to find.
Screen sharing
Present a window or your screen from the meeting controls. The shared window stays in front of the conversation, so the room is looking at the same work.
In-meeting chat
Send a message to the room while the conversation continues. A note can travel with the call. Nobody has to leave the meeting to send it.
Meeting rooms
Open a room by name. The same name is the link you share. OfficeStandup is both the meeting name and the address. Paste a full room link to join the same place.
Participant controls
Mute your microphone, turn the camera on or off, and leave when you are done. Admins can mute the room. Those controls sit in the meeting. Mute-all stays on the admin page after an admin signs in.
Accounts
Sign in with your name, email, and password before you open the office tools. Employees go into their meeting. Admins also open the office page for the room they manage.
How Xmeetz works

Create or join
Sign in and open a meeting, or enter a room name you already have. Start meeting uses the room saved on your account. Join accepts a name or a Xmeetz room link.

Connect your team
Share the room link. People join in the browser and enter the name they want to show. The meeting opens in the browser. Each person chooses the name that appears on their camera.

Collaborate and share
Talk on camera, share a screen, and use chat while the meeting is open. Video, the shared window, and chat stay in the same room until someone leaves.
